  1. I really enjoyed that thought. I bet that’s why they consider debate to be a higher-order language skill. I wonder how it would change the discussion/brainstorm shesh if you force students to have (or pretend to have) dissenting opinions.

      Does sound like something to experiment with. With teenagers though, there would probably have to be ground rules. I don’t know if its just my special ed teens but some are ultra sensitive!
